The Cult of the Past has many members, just look around. It's like falling down stairs, the best way to experience life and death at the same time. For the living, dead memories are the best memories. These machines promise freedom and deliver enslavement. As you read these words, you repeat them in your mind. Is this subtle mind control?

A painting is a prayer, the painter a shaman. A painting is the simple expression of complex thought. The tree is a complex organism, so advanced that it manufactures it's own food. The tree creates a simple seed, which, in turn, grows into another tree. A painting works in much the same way. Complex thought is condensed into a simple painting. It is then transformed into complex thought in the mind of the viewer. This thought is perhaps, carried by the viewer into the afterlife.
